For purely selfish reasons, I’d save this book as it is one of my all time favourite books, if not my favourite! And it has the best opening line:

Remember that ultra likeable guy who gets on with everyone… it’s such a shame he’s a serial killer, yeah, that one. Thrilling, entertaining and darkly humorous – it totally worked! (reviewed here).

Think ‘Scream’, the students don’t take the threat seriously at first, they get killed off one by one in ways reminiscent of the film.
